Fitrobe

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Loop Software collects, uses, stores and shares information when you use the Fitrobe mobile application.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Who we are

Fitrobe is operated by Loop Software (Loop Yazılım). For privacy questions, contact us at info@loopyazilim.net. Our main office is in Bilişim Vadisi, Kocaeli, Türkiye.

Fitrobe has no accounts. You never create a username or password, and we cannot look up “your data” — there is no identity attached to it.

What stays on your device only

Your closet lives on your phone: the photos of your clothes, the tags attached to them (name, category, colors, seasons, style, warmth), your weekly outfit plans, your body profile (height, weight and fit preference, if you entered them) and your app settings.

Photos are never stored on our servers. Deleting the app deletes all of this. We keep no copy and cannot recover it.

What leaves your device

A photo of one garment — only when you add a piece and recognition is available. A reduced copy of that single photo is sent to our server, which forwards it to an AI model (Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service) to suggest a name, category, colors, season and style. The photo is used to produce that answer and is not stored by us. You can always tag a piece yourself instead; then the photo never leaves your phone.

Closet tags — only when you ask for a weekly plan. The text tags of your pieces (never the photos), the dates to plan, the season, and any context you typed (for example “dinner on Friday”) are sent to our server and forwarded to the AI model to compose outfits. The resulting plan is returned to your phone and is not stored by us.

Body profile — only if you are a Premium subscriber and asked for a weekly plan. Your height, weight and fit preference are included so the plan can contain fit advice. If you are not a Premium subscriber, this information is never sent, even if you entered it in the app.

Purchase receipts — only when you buy Remove Ads, subscribe, or restore purchases. Apple’s signed receipt is sent to our server so it can confirm the purchase is genuine and still valid. We receive no card number, billing address, or Apple ID; payment is handled entirely by Apple.

Device identifier

Because there are no accounts, the app creates a random identifier the first time it runs, so the server can tell that repeated requests come from the same phone and apply daily limits. This is not an advertising identifier and not a hardware identifier. It is random, used only for the purposes above, and is destroyed when you delete the app.

Advertising

The free version of Fitrobe shows ads served by Google AdMob: a banner inside the app and an occasional full-screen ad after a weekly plan has been created. We request non-personalized ads only: we do not ask for tracking permission and do not use the advertising identifier for profiling. Google still receives standard device information (such as device model, operating system version, approximate location derived from IP address) to deliver and count ads; see Google’s privacy policy for details.

Buying Remove Ads or a Premium subscription turns ads off entirely.

Third parties involved

Microsoft Azure (Netherlands) hosts our server. Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service receives a reduced garment photo (only when recognizing a piece) and closet tags (only when planning a week); Microsoft states that this data is not used to train its models. Google AdMob serves ads in the free version. Apple handles payment processing when you buy or subscribe.

Data retention

We do not store your photos, tags, plans or body profile on our servers. Daily usage counters (how many recognitions and plans a device requested that day) expire automatically after 7 days. Purchase records are kept as long as Apple reports the purchase, because we need them to restore your access on a new phone. Our servers keep ordinary technical logs (request time, error codes) to keep the service running.

Children

Fitrobe is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your choices

Tag pieces yourself instead of using recognition: your photos then never leave the phone. Leave the body profile empty, or stay on the free plan: it is then never sent. Delete everything from the app’s Profile screen, or delete the app. Ask us to delete server-side purchase records by writing to info@loopyazilim.net.

If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this page with an updated date.
