Privacy Policy

PDFInvoicer is operated by Loop Software (Loop Yazılım). Contact: info@loopyazilim.net. Main office: Bilişim Vadisi, Kocaeli, Türkiye.

Invoice and business data you enter in the app (such as invoice numbers, party names, addresses, line items, taxes, notes and PDF output) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate a PDFInvoicer cloud account that receives your invoice contents.

App preferences (language, defaults and similar settings) are stored locally on your device.

Advertising: the free version may show ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect device advertising identifiers, coarse device/app information and interaction data to deliver and measure ads, subject to your device ad settings and applicable consent requirements.

Local invoice data is used only to let you create, edit, preview, export and share invoices on your device.

Advertising data processed by Google is used to show ads and measure performance. We do not sell your invoice contents.

When you export or share a PDF, the file leaves the app through the share sheet or other tools you choose. Those destinations have their own privacy practices.

Google AdMob processes advertising-related data as an independent advertising partner. See Google’s advertising privacy documentation for details.

We may disclose information if required by law.

Because invoice data stays on your device, deleting the app (or clearing app storage) removes that local data from the device. We do not keep a separate server copy of your invoices.

PDFInvoicer is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
